Tibcon Capacitors

Motor run capacitors provide high power to an electric motor and are designed to operate more continuous temperature. The run capacitor has a thin metal case and is oblong in shape. These capacitors are based on metalized polypropylene film ( MPP Film Capacitor ) , it features self-healing properties.   At Tibcon , a motor run capacitor is typically employed on motors that are attached to blowers in air compressors and heating systems. Generally, two electrical connectors are connected to the top of the capacitor housing.    These electrical connection points provide power to the internal working device which are isolated from the exterior metal case.   Connectors will attach to any testing meter that is used for the motor run capacitor to test.
